It’s touted as the “World’s Greatest Classic Car Auction,” and each January during Arizona Car Week, thousands of collector car enthusiasts travel to Scottsdale, Arizona to view and bid on everything from vintage Ferraris and Porches to Ford Mustangs and Mercury Cougars. According to Barrett-Jackson, more than 1,900 vehicles crossed the auction block in January 2023, and top performers included supercars, original muscle, and Resto-Mods.

Travel in Style in a Luxury Motorcoach
One alternative to flying on a commercial airliner to Scottsdale is to rent a luxury motorcoach for you and your family or friends, where you can travel in style and comfort. When you travel in a luxury motorcoach, you have all the amenities that are found in a hotel, including queen-size and bunk beds, full bathrooms with showers, a large refrigerator, kitchen sink, oven, dishwasher, large screen television with WiFi, and plenty of storage space.
LiTRV can help you assess what type of motorcoach would be the best fit for you and arrange for a professional driver, should you choose not to drive.
Or, if you are flying to Arizona via private jet, LiTRV can meet you at the airport, where you can settle into your luxury motorcoach for the remainder of your vacation. Arizona is beautiful in January, and you might consider extending your trip beyond the car auction so you can explore the state and soak in the warmth of the desert.

Once you’re in Arizona, there are many options for accommodations. LiTRV can make reservations at a luxury RV resort, or we can arrange for you to stay at a high-end resort. Our professional driver will drop you off and pick you up when you are ready to move on to your next destination.
Here are some ideas:
Eagle View RV Resort
Eagle View RV Resort offers world-class facilities while allowing you to enjoy all the perks of staying in a private RV.
The park offers 150 premium and deluxe sites in the Sonoran high desert, well away from the noise of Phoenix. Quiet and relaxing, the resort offers year-round recreation opportunities, making it the perfect stop-off for the car auction. On-site facilities include laundry, showers, pickleball courts, a pet park, a heated pool, and a 24-hour fitness room. Hiking in the Tonto National Forest is just minutes away, and guests are free to swim and fish in the adjacent Saguaro Lake. There are also mountain biking opportunities in the McDowell Mountain Regional Park.
Finally, if you love golf, you’re in luck. Eagle View offers discounted access to WeKoPa Golf Club and the adjoining casino. Do the full 18 holes and then enjoy blackjack, poker, bingo, and Keno while eating at one of the many restaurants at the location.

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess
Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is where you go to “drift away in desert luxury.” The owners give guests a private sanctuary to retreat between stints at the auction house. Rooms come with stunning views of the Arizona landscape and sun-lit skies, with décor reflecting the spirit of the Sonoran Desert.
As you might expect from a premium destination, Fairmont Scottsdale Princess employs a no-expenses-spared policy. Rooms offer a combination of classic comfort intermixed with touches of modernity to complete the luxury experience. All guest rooms are recently renovated and provide access to the swimming pool, golf course, and local gardens. The resort includes unlimited local, domestic, and long-distance calls in the room price, and dogs are welcoming (and even considered “honored guests!”)
Lastly, Fairmont Scottsdale Princess believes everyone can play a role in sustainability. As such, the resort implements various eco-friendly features to reduce its environmental impacts, such as conserving gas, electricity, and water.
Four Seasons Scottsdale
If you’re looking for somewhere that will also cater to your sense of outdoor adventure, you might consider the Four Seasons Resort in Scottsdale at Troon North. With dramatic views and spectacular cacti, this unique venue displays the Arizona landscape in all its glory while incorporating elements of the Old West and Native American lore.
As with Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, you have immediate access to the Sonoran Desert. Tours of the local area are available, or you can take to the skies in a hot air balloon and enjoy a Champagne breakfast while looking down at the landscape below in the cool morning air.

ATV, Jeep, and Hummer rides also venture onward from the resort, allowing you to indulge your love of four-wheel vehicles, even outside the auction. Drive yourself or hire a professional off-roader to take you down the most exciting tracks and view the scenery.
Four Seasons Scottsdale offers a selection of rooms that meet the needs of even the most discerning guests. For instance, the Deluxe Casita Room lets you enjoy Scottsdale’s more than 330 days of sunshine annually with views of the desert, a large flat-screen TV, and a gas-burning fireplace. Upgrading to the Pinnacle Three-Bedroom Suite gives you all this plus spacious patios, al fresco living options, a full-service kitchen, and a dining table for celebratory meals (perhaps if you decide to get that classic car you’ve always wanted!)
The Boulders Resort
Another option for anyone in the area for the car auction is the Boulders Resort and Spa, famous for being one of the best golf resorts in the Southwest. The destination’s course recently underwent a four-million-dollar upgrade and now offers more challenging terrain and bunkers. Residents can also enjoy instruction from PGA instructors, including Donald Crawley, ranked by Golf Magazine as one of the Top 100 Teachers in America.
Of course, the Boulders Resort is about more than golf. It also offers one of the most impressive spa facilities in the region, offering over 33,000 square feet of desert oasis to reinvigorate the body. There’s also access to nearby recreational activities, including climbing and an air tour of the Grand Canyon.

A beautiful golf course in the desert of Arizona.
Arizona Biltmore
Those looking for something more traditional should check out the Arizona Biltmore. The resort offers various accommodation options to cater to individual tastes and groups of guests, including alluring villas and spacious suites. It is also home to the Tierra Luna Spa, an award-winning destination for anyone wanting to revitalize and refresh.
The Biltmore is nearly 100 years old, having opened in 1929. During the intervening period, owners continually reinvented the resort. The early years saw it as a stop-off for travelers going to California. However, it recently underwent a $100 million reinvention, dramatically improving the décor and level of service available to guests. Now it ranks with the best hotels and resorts in the area, providing a premium service for anyone lucky enough to stay there.
While there are plenty of five-star resorts in the vicinity of Scottsdale, nothing compares to traveling in your personal motorcoach. When you have an RV, your luxury accommodation travels with you.
Whether you are a car collector or you just appreciate the beauty of vintage and classic cars, consider traveling to the Barret-Jackson auction in a motorhome rental. Our LiTRV team is ready to help you plan your vacation.
There’s something exciting about descending into a cave. For many people, it’s like entering an alien ecosystem…a true world of wonder with dark, narrow tunnel-like passages that often open to large chambers filled with icicle-shaped stalagmites, stalactites, rugged columns, and other mineral deposits. Depending on the cave you choose to explore, you may discover pools of standing water, waterfalls and water dripping on the cave walls.
There are an estimated 45,000 caves within the contiguous United States, and while Missouri is known as the “Cave State” with 7,300 caves, Tennessee holds the record for having the most caves with 10,000 known caves.
Whether you and your family are seeking a guided cave tour or you’re planning a spelunking adventure with some friends, consider traveling to your destination in a luxury motorcoach.

Luxury Comfort Throughout Your Trip
When you travel in a luxury motorcoach, you have all the amenities that are found in a hotel, including queen-size and bunk beds, full bathrooms with showers, a large refrigerator, kitchen sink, oven, dishwasher, large screen television with WiFi, and plenty of storage space for your luggage and caving gear.
LiTRV can help you assess what type of motorcoach would be the best fit for you and your family or friends and arrange for a professional driver, should you choose not to drive. We can also research nearby luxury RV resorts and provide other concierge services, such making tour reservations in advance at large, popular caverns that limit entrance to protect their cave system.
Whether you want to plan a cave-themed vacation or you only have time for a day trip on the way to your travel destination, you’ll experience plenty of comfort traveling in a luxury motorcoach. Here are a few caves to consider visiting:

Ruby Falls, Tennessee
One of Tennessee’s greatest natural wonders, Ruby Falls boasts the tallest underground cave waterfall open to the public in the United States. This breathtaking limestone cave is in the heart of Lookout Mountain, less than 5 miles from downtown Chattanooga. Leo Lambert discovered the cave in 1928 and named the waterfall after his wife, Ruby. Today, visitors can descend 260 feet by glass-front elevator to see ancient cave formations along the cavern trail to the thundering waterfall. Ruby Falls also features fast-paced, guided cave walks and specialty tours at a relaxed pace for a smaller number of participants. Be sure to leave time to take in the sweeping views of the Tennessee Valley and Tennessee River from historic Lookout Mountain Tower, Blue Heron Overlook, and the Ruby Falls Village Plaza. And if you’re looking for more adventure, leave time to visit High Point ZIP Adventure at Ruby Falls, featuring zip lines and a climbing tower surrounded by spectacular vistas. Planning, though, will be important because RV parking space is limited. Important to note: Ruby Falls is not wheelchair accessible, and pets are not allowed.

Ruby Falls – Illuminated View
Wind Cave, South Dakota
Wind Cave is the seventh largest cave system in the world and the third longest cave in the United States. Located near Hot Springs, South Dakota, this breathtaking cave is part of Wind Cave National Park, which was established in 1903 by President Theodore Roosevelt. Boasting 33,847 acres, Wind Cave National Park houses a complex cave system that dates back millions of years, as well as a rich Native American history and abundant wildlife. Wind Cave is also home to approximately 95% of the world’s discovered boxwork formations. Boxwork is made of calcite, which has formed in thin blades, creating a box-like or honeycomb pattern. The surrounding bedrock and limestone slowly eroded away, revealing these veins of calcite. Visitors to Wind Cave have a variety of tour options, ranging from easy to strenuous. When you emerge from the cave, be sure to spend time above ground marveling at the bison, elk and other wildlife that roam the rolling prairie grasslands and forested hillsides.
Limited areas of Wind Cave are accessible to wheelchairs and those with limited mobility. These half-hour tours serve as an introduction to the cave and boxwork. The tour includes riding the elevator into and out of the cave, and the elevator building is located about 200 yards south of the visitor center.
Carlsbad Caverns, New Mexico
The “Wow” factor of Carlsbad Caverns is off the charts. Located in the Chihuahuan Desert some 20 miles outside of the city of Carlsbad, this extraordinary natural wonder features more than 119 limestone caves which were once part of an underwater reef in an inland sea some 250 to 280 million years ago. The Big Room is the largest cave chamber in North America by volume. At approximately 4,000 feet long, 625 feet wide and 255 feet high at its tallest point, this massive chamber could fit more than six American football fields inside of it.

The Natural Entrance Trail is a steep, paved 1 ¼ mile descent, equivalent to about 79 stories, from outside to the Big Room. For those with mobility issues, the park offers elevator service into and out of the cavern, where you can access the Big Room Trail, which is the only wheelchair accessible route in the cavern. However, it’s important to note that the trail is wet from dripping water and can be slippery, bumpy, uneven, and difficult to navigate. It is not Americans with Disabilities Act approved and should only be attempted with assistance.
For a special treat, stay through the evening to experience Brazilian free-tailed bats emerging from the cave. The park’s rangers conduct an educational program each evening from late May through October.
Because many caves require reservations and limit the number of visitors through timed entry, we recommend planning your trip 3 to 6 months in advance. In a perfect world, we would all be able to unplug fully to enjoy our vacations. But for many entrepreneurs and business executives, that’s just not a reality. Sadly, many people put off vacations due to work responsibilities. According to the U.S. Travel Association, 55% of workers admitted that they didn’t use all of their allotted paid time off last year.
“Bleisure” – combining business with leisure – is on the rise. Also known as “blended travel,” this shifting consumer travel trend is expected to double by 2027, according to a World Travel and Tourism Council report. Business travelers may attend a conference or a sales meeting in another city, and then add on a few extra days of leisure to explore the area.
For those working remotely, it can still be hard to unplug when there are important business meetings to attend virtually. Whether you are traveling to a business event in another city or you want to take time off, but you can’t fully get away from work, consider planning a vacation in a luxury motorcoach.

Think of it as a home office on wheels. LiTRV can help you:
Assess Which Motorcoach to Rent
Taking time out of work to research luxury RVs can be overwhelming. Give us some details about who is traveling with you, including pets, along with the dates of your trip, and we’ll assess which type of luxury motorcoach would be best for your vacation. Most luxury motorcoach rentals start at $15,000 for a week. We’ll review pricing options with you and reserve the coach when we confirm the itinerary.

Plan Your Itinerary
If you’re going to a business conference, why not plan some fun stops along the way? Or, if you work remotely, plan a vacation in the U.S. or in Canada and schedule your Zoom meetings around outdoor hikes, museum visits, and other leisure activities. LiTRV can help you plan your trip, make reservations at luxury RV resorts, or we can arrange for you to stay in a five-star resort and spa. We can also help book excursions and make dining reservations so all you need to do is show up.

Arrange for a Professional Driver
Don’t worry about driving. Whether you are traveling round-trip or one-way, LiTRV can arrange for a professional driver who will pick you up, drive you to your various destinations, and make sure you arrive at your final destination safely. If you are sleeping in the luxury motorcoach, our professional driver will have other accommodations nearby.
Stay Connected
You need to be able to plug in – we get it. LiTRV provides portable Wi-Fi hotspots that can be used while you are traveling on the road as well as when the coach is parked. Some coaches are equipped with Starlink internet equipment, and luxury RV resorts offer Wi-Fi as well. Of course, service is subject to signal strength. Depending on your trip, we’ll advise you ahead of time if there are some areas where the signal may be weak, such as in national parks and other rural areas. We can also share details about nearby UPS and FedEx office locations should you need more business support while on the road.

Enjoy Time with Family or Friends
As business owners ourselves, we understand the challenges that come along with balancing work and pleasure. Consider LiTRV to be your personal concierge service – we’re here to curate a memorable travel experience for you and your family or friends. And if you must do some work along the way, we’ll do all we can to make sure you are comfortable in your temporary office on wheels.

We realize it can be difficult to know your work schedule several months in advance, but we recommend planning at least 3 to 6 months in advance. National parks and some luxury RV resorts book up quickly. Ready to explore your options? Give us a call at 1-800-369-8153 or fill out the form on our home page for a quote.
Depending on where you live, it may be getting cooler each day. If winter in your region brings snow, ice and frigid temperatures, consider planning a vacation in a luxury motorcoach to a warmer climate.
When you travel in a luxury motorcoach, you have all the amenities that are found in a hotel, including queen-size and bunk beds, full bathrooms with showers, a large refrigerator, kitchen sink, oven, dishwasher, large screen television with Wi-Fi, and plenty of storage space. Some RVs also come with an electric fireplace. LiTRV can help you assess what type of motorcoach would be the best fit for you and your family, friends, and pets, and arrange for a professional driver, should you choose not to drive.

One of the benefits of traveling in a luxury motorcoach is that the open road is yours to explore. There’s no rushing to the airport or having your travel plans interrupted by flight delays or cancellations.
If you’re seeking to escape freezing cold, miserable weather, consider visiting a warmer climate in the West and Southwest. Here are some ideas:
Tucson, Arizona
As the second-largest city in Arizona, Tucson is best known for its beautiful desert landscapes, vibrant Mexican American culture, delicious cuisine, and it is also a big college town — home to the University of Arizona.
While a large city, Tucson has kept its rustic appeal and has attracted creatives who draw inspiration from the serene Sonoran Desert. One Wall Street Journal reporter described Tucson as “a mini mecca for the arts.” With a vibrant arts and music scene, there’s plenty to experience in and around the city.
Tucson is also home to world-renowned spas and wellness resorts. LiTRV’s professional driver can drop you off at Miraval Resort & Spa, Canyon Ranch Resort, or another luxury spa where you can treat yourself to several days of relaxing, transformative self-care.
A trip to Tucson would not be complete without visiting Saguaro National Park. The giant, majestic saguaro is the universal symbol of the American West. Standing tall, often with many “arms,” these cacti are primarily found in Southern Arizona and Mexico. The park protects these iconic saguaros on the east and west sides of the city. The park includes scenic looped roads and several hiking trails, including Signal Hill Trail, which leads to petroglyphs of the ancient Hohokam people.

There are several RV resorts in and around Tucson, and because winter reservations book up quickly, our LiTRV team can help you plan your trip and research availability.
Death Valley, California
From the warmth of San Diego to the cooler beaches in Monterey and other northern California towns, California is a great place to escape the harsh winter. From whale watching to wine tasting, there’s plenty to do and many great regions of the state to explore.
Depending on which part of the state you want to visit, and if you have kids, you may want to allocate time to visit Disney California Adventure Park, Universal Studios Hollywood, Knott’s Berry Farm, and LEGOLAND California. If you’re spending time in or near San Diego, be sure to stop by Balboa Park, which includes 17 museums, 19 beautiful gardens, musical theaters, a sports complex, and the San Diego Zoo.
And, while temperatures often exceed 120 degrees in the summer, Death Valley is a beautiful park to visit in the winter, with temperatures averaging from the mid-60s to the low 70s during the day. In this below-sea-level basin, steady drought and record summer heat make Death Valley a land of extremes. Between the rugged canyons, salt flats, vibrant mountains, and golden sand dunes, the park offers stunning and diverse landscapes. While there are RV resorts nearby, we can arrange for your motorcoach to include a tow for your car, so you will have more flexibility exploring the park.
Las Vegas, Nevada
Whether you want to be dropped off at a five-star resort and casino or you prefer to stay at one of the RV resorts close to all the action, Las Vegas provides an incredible variety of entertainment, especially for winter visitors escaping colder climates.
And you don’t have to gamble to enjoy this one-of-a-kind city. Take in an evening show or concert, shop at designer boutiques and high-end brand stores, indulge in delicious cuisine at countless world-class restaurants…you’ll be amazed at how many entertainment options you have.

Las Vegas is also becoming a big sports town. With enough notice, LiTRV can try to secure tickets to big sporting events, including the Vegas Golden Knights (NHL), Las Vegas Raiders (NFL), and the Las Vegas Aces (WNBA). The city is currently preparing for the Formula One Grand Prix in November and Super Bowl LVIII in February 2024.
Or take a short road trip via your motorcoach to Lake Mead, which is just 24 miles east of Las Vegas. Lake Mead is the largest reservoir in the United States in terms of water capacity. The reservoir is formed by Hoover Dam on the Colorado River. During winter months, daytime temperatures range from 57 to 69 degrees.
Winter doesn’t need to be dreary. Take a look at your calendar and contact LiTRV to start planning your winter retreat now. Not only can we help you plan a custom vacation in a luxury motorcoach, LiTRV team members are available throughout your trip should you need help or have any questions. We strive to make each travel experience in a luxury motorcoach a memorable one.
It’s been nearly a year since Rob B. and Samantha (Sam) L. became first-time owners of a 45-foot luxury Class A motorcoach. Rob had some experience with RVs – he’d been in a few for bachelor parties and camping trips. Sam had never set foot inside an RV until they visited their friend, Jeff, and got to experience his “beautiful house on wheels.”
The couple purchased a new Forest River Berkshire 45XLT. The spacious motorcoach features three slides creating a very open floor plan with a king bedroom master suite and a full second bathroom. There are two bunk beds mid-cabin and a queen bed that drops down from above the driver’s area. The main cabin includes a large seating area, dinette, a sofa hide-a-bed and expansive kitchen with a microwave/convection oven, cooktop, residential refrigerator and dishwasher. Other amenities include an electric fireplace, stackable washer and dryer, plenty of closet space and a lot of under coach storage.

Rob is a firefighter in Brooklyn, New York, and Sam is an executive assistant for a data management company. Rob is also the founder of the nonprofit Humble Heroes of FDNY, which was legally established in 2020 as a 100% volunteer based 501(c)(3) charity, an officially affiliated organization of the FDNY (New York City Fire Department). Together, along with a small group of volunteers, Rob and Sam dress up as famous superheroes and visit local hospitals and grief centers.
“Our goal is to lift the spirits of ill and grieving children,” Rob said. “We want to bring joy to kids fighting life’s injustices. Our mantra is ‘Anyone can be someone’s hero.’”

Even Heroes Need Help
Rob had some experience driving large vehicles. He had worked as a chauffeur for four years and he drove the 40-foot rig at his firehouse.
“Our RV is much easier to drive than the rig at work,” he said.
But it didn’t take long for Rob and Sam to realize they needed help. At the recommendation of their friend, Jeff, they contacted LiTRV to arrange for owner support.
While LiTRV is known for its luxury motorcoach rental representation services, many people don’t realize that the LiTRV team also provides owner support services, including maintenance and storage. In addition, the LiTRV team will meet personally with owners to give them a tutorial, which is especially helpful for first-time owners.
In their first meeting, LiTRV co-owner Mike Bloomquist was able to assess Rob’s skills and provide helpful tips for driving, parking, and other motorcoach operations.
“We appreciated the extra layer of support,” Rob said, adding that he felt more comfortable after the tutorial.

Sam has been impressed with LiTRV’s customer service.
“When the RV is not in use, LiTRV stores it in their Florida facility,” she said. “They have been incredible. We have routine calls with them, and they are always prompt with answering questions and giving us updates. We’ve been ‘hands-off,’ and we trust their team to take care of everything for us.”
Experiencing Life in Their Luxury RV
Recently, Rob and Sam took their luxury motorcoach on a short road trip from Nashville, Tennessee to Atlanta, Georgia.
“Our favorite part of traveling was how the massive windshields allowed for outstanding views of the mountain ranges,” Rob said.
While their trip was full of fun, Sam did need to spend some time working from her laptop. Fortunately, she was able to access WiFi both inside the motorcoach and sitting outside by the lake.

Rob also shared a favorite memory from a different trip in June to southwestern Florida.
“We took Sam’s father as a Father’s Day gift. It was awesome to see him on the motorcoach. He was so impressed,” he said.
Sam said they stayed at the beautiful Myakka River Motorcoach Resort, and they appreciated having all the luxury there in one spot.
“We had our own lot. Rob cooked breakfast in the morning, we had access to a pool and tennis courts. Everything was well maintained, and there was no reason to leave,” she said.
When their Forest River Berkshire is not being used by Rob and Sam, LiTRV rents it for luxury experiences throughout the United States and Canada.
Rob said he and Sam appreciate having LiTRV as their motorcoach rental representation and owner service partners.
“I think they add immense value to owning an RV. They are so familiar with the ins and outs of operating motorcoaches. We also appreciate that they are always looking to save us money. They spend our money the way they would spend their own money,” he said.
More Time to Lift Kids’ Spirits
Having LiTRV’s support also means that Rob and Sam can spend more time planning and attending Humble Heroes of FDNY monthly events around the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. The superheroes now attend special travel events, including the Night to Shine, a prom for special needs children coordinated by the Tim Tebow Foundation in Venice, Florida. The next event takes place on Feb. 9, 2024.
“It’s such a rewarding experience,” Sam said. “There’s probably 100 kids who dress up in suits and gowns and walk the red carpet, and it’s fun to see their faces light up when they see us superheroes.”
Rob gives credit to the Humble Heroes volunteers for helping to make each event successful.

“Most of them are firefighters, cops, teachers, and small business owners. Some are working two to three jobs, but they still make time to dress up as a superhero and attend our events,” he said. “You don’t have to have a ton of money to be someone’s hero…anyone can be someone’s hero.”

LiTRV (Luxury in Travel) co-owner Jim Colletti often likes to say that LiTRV provides a custom luxury travel experience that is hard to find anywhere else. Whether you are renting a luxury motorcoach through LiTRV or you retain LiTRV for owner services, there’s a good chance you will experience Jim’s detail-oriented, attentive customer service. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Jim manages LiTRV’s operations and concierge services, and he often travels to be on-site with clients if the LiTRV team needs additional support.
We recently sat down with him for a Q&A:
How and when did you become interested in working with luxury motorcoaches?
Jim: Throughout my childhood, my family traveled the country for yearly vacations pulling a travel trailer. I didn’t really learn about luxury motorcoach travel until I was introduced to LiTRV in 2021 when contracted to assist them with marketing. Having a great deal of experience in the auto industry and having worked with many luxury brands, I became fascinated with the luxury motorcoach industry and became more involved.
What is the biggest misconception people have about renting a luxury motorcoach?
Jim: Cost. Because this travel option is so different from anything else, it is hard for those becoming familiar with it to understand the costs. Rental of a luxury motorcoach for a weekend or week could cost between $10,000 and $20,000.
What is something that surprised you about luxury motorcoaches and/or the luxury travel industry?
Jim: I wasn’t necessarily surprised, but it was interesting to learn that luxury motorcoach travel offers great diversity and freedom to travelers, still allowing them to have a luxury experience. For example, we have assisted clients with mobility and other health issues who can no longer fly to their destinations. In addition, we do a lot of work with IMSA racing teams who rent luxury coaches for the duration of their race. There are so many different uses for luxury motorcoaches, and I think people are also surprised to learn that we can arrange for a professional driver.
If a friend or family member was thinking of purchasing a luxury motorcoach, what would you advise them?
Jim: I would suggest that they rent first, offering them some hands-on opportunities to help influence their decision. There’s something to be said about living in an RV for a week or more…you have the chance to drive it on local streets and freeways, set it up at a campsite, and really determine if it’s something you’d like to invest in. It’s the ultimate test drive.
How would you describe your leadership style?
Jim: I take the collaborative and inclusive road when managing. Those around me typically are more knowledgeable than me, and I know to leverage their knowledge for progress.
You have a great team assembled, including private drivers, maintenance crew, and other motorcoach specialists. What traits do you look for when bringing someone on to the LiTRV team?
Jim: Proactiveness, knowledge and confidence.
Do you take time off to travel yourself, and if so, where do you like to go?
Jim: I typically travel only for business but always look to find something fun to do while on the road – great restaurants, museums and activities.
You’re often working against the clock to book reservations and take care of other logistics. How early do you start your day and what type of breakfast do you have to get your day started?
Jim: I start my day between 5:30 and 6 a.m. I love the mornings and always feel better when I can get my arms around the day early. Coffee is my morning meal!
Where do you see LiTRV in 5 years? And/or are there any exciting plans on the horizon?
Jim: I envision LiTRV growing in all aspects of the luxury motorcoach industry – rentals, owner services, storage, and consignment support.
Whether you’re seeking to rent a luxury motorcoach for a memorable vacation or you’re an owner who needs help with maintenance, storage and other owner services, Jim and the LiTRV team would welcome the chance to connect with you. Feel free to contact them at info@litrv.com or call them at 1-800-369-8153.
